In the effort to recognize and uphold preventive health principles and to respect the overall health of our patients, visitors and staff, all Mercy hospital campuses and facilities are designated as smoke-free environments.
Parking
All facilities have adequate, accessible and free patient and visitor parking. The Mercy Hospital Janesville campus has designated parking areas for the disabled, visitors, patients and pastors.
Mercy Clinic West provides convenient valet parking Monday-Friday, 8 am-4:30 pm. To use this service, pull up to the front entrance of Mercy Clinic West (south entrance), where parking attendants will greet you.
As you enter each facility, reception staff will help you locate respective practitioners and/or departments.
