Dash & Splash
A cardiovascular aerobic workout that reduces muscle and joint soreness. Provides a low-impact, high-intensity workout. Held in the shallow end of the lap pool.
Golden Waves
Low-intensity, low-impact class aimed at helping reduce muscle and joint stiffness. Held in the shallow end of the lap pool.
Joints in Motion
The 86-degree water in the leisure pool is great for people with arthritis. Class focuses on conditioning and flexibility with zero impact and no intensity.
Liquid Toning
This workout will strengthen, define and firm your muscles. You’ll learn how to maximize the water’s resistance and challenge each muscle group.
Total Aqua Conditioning
Low-impact workout plus movements to firm and tone.
Deepwater Abs and Backs
Effective deepwater exercises for total fitness. Emphasis on core strengthening and toning of much-troubled abdominal and back region.
Deepwater Workout
This class includes non-impact deepwater aerobic movements with core stability and stretching for all ability levels.
