BOSU Blast and Core Training

Designed to improve cardiovascular fitness and target your core all on the BOSU trainer.
Mondays; 9:30-10:30 am
Wednesdays: 5:15-6:15 pm

BOSU Fitball

Designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness and help you integrate balance using the Bosu trainer.
Mondays: 5:15-6:15 pm
Wednesdays: 9:30-10:30 am

Step Express/Power Pump

This class uses the step or flat mat, plus light free weights and resistance bands for a total body workout.
Tuesdays and Thursdays; 5:30-6:30 pm

Fitness Fusion

A half-hour of cardiovascular exercise followed by up to 30 minutes of dynamic strength training.
Tuesdays and Thursdays; 6:15-7 am

Terrific Trio

Saturdays

Pure Cardio; 9-9:30 am
A combination of step and low-impact movements to get your heart pumping.

Power Pump; 9:30-10 am
Tone and firm your muscles using bands, free weights and fitness balls.

Butts and Guts; 10-10:15 am
A combination abdominal and lower body workout.

Absolute Abs

A short 15-minute class to improve strength and flexibility of your abdominals is balanced with low back strengthening and stretching.
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 5-5:15 pm
